An interesting project we are currently working on. The task is to renovate and renovate an old villa building so that it becomes a cozy home for permanent living.
The location is wonderful, with a wonderful view of a large seaside town. The basic geometry of the building must be preserved, and the attic space will be made usable, with a bathroom and WC.
All thermal insulation will be replaced with stone wool, with HPL accents with wood decor planned in places. An infinity pool will be built on the site of an old floating shed.
