A single-family house on two floors, located in a villa area in the city of Varna.
On the first floor there is a living room, a kitchen with a dining room, an office and a large library. All this corresponds directly to the yard space. The use of natural materials and rich vegetation reinforces the feeling of coziness.
On the second floor, there are three separate bedrooms with their own bathrooms, a closet and a laundry room. All spaces have large windows, creating a direct connection with the environment.
The bedrooms are muted, tailored to the overall comfort of the residents.
