We had the pleasure of designing this single-family home in the picturesque Dragalevtsi neighbourhood in Sofia. Situated at the border of the Vitosha National Park, the house is engulfed by the beauty and peacefulness of it's surroundings. The terrain's unevenness challenged us to seperate the functional zones into half-levels.
The built-up area of 380m2 features three bedrooms, an office, a gym with access to the backyard, as well as several sanitation rooms, a laundry room, service room, storage and garage with direct access. The spacious living room reviews a stunning panoramic view of Sofia and it's wonderful porch offers true relaxation among the beautiful nature of the mountain.
